So, what are the tools that you will absolutely need for tiny house construction?

• Circular saw: because you’ll need to cut things

• Power drill with bits and attachments: because you’ll need to attach things together

• Miscellaneous: straight edges, pencils, a level, a hammer, screws, nails, etc.

That’s it! With these two power tools and a few supplementary items, you can build a tiny house. I don’t recommend that you proceed with just these two tools, but my point is that there is no need for tons of expensive equipment. You can buy these two power tools for under $100 each.
