the boil again, cover and cook for a further 5–7 minutes. Add the tomatoes with 2 tablespoons chopped parsley and 2 tablespoons chopped basil. Season with salt and pepper as well as sweet paprika powder. Sprinkle with 70 g/3 oz (1/2 cup) freshly grated Parmesan before serving.
