Оглавление#1 The walk of aromas. Choose a park or a path that you particularly like and go for a walk. As you walk, pay attention to the different smells and aromas around you. Focus on a particular one that you like and bask in it. You will see how it intensifies as your concentration on that smell increases. Purpose: to enjoy the golf course, because it gives you inner peace.
#2 The two-minute technique. You will need a watch with a second hand. The game consists of focusing your attention solely and exclusively on the second hand, following its path around the watch face with your eyes. At first you may be caught thinking about other things. When this happens to you, start again and try to think and concentrate only on the hand of the watch. You should do this twice, that is, for two minutes. Purpose: to achieve self-control in order to learn and play in inner peace, free of anxiety.
#3 The glass of water. Take a clear glass and fill it halfway with water. Then, take it with the hand of your choice and stretch your arm up to the height of your eyes. The goal is to hold the contents of the glass still for at least 3 minutes. Purpose: Mastery and control of the body to be attentive to the training process and to play with mastery and certainty.
