Preface
ОглавлениеThis book is a song to the sacred nature of the human being as a whole: physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually; and to the Nature of the planet.
“The goal of every human being is to gain consciousness of their divine essence, develop it, and return to the “innocence” of the self, consciousness.”
On June 15th 2006, while I was meditating, the title of the book I had so desired and searched for all these years was revealed to me, at that precise moment, and my life changed.
Before that date, I was searching for something; I felt a lack of satisfaction in my core and I didn’t know how to fill it; I searched, searched, and searched, and on that day, June 15th 2006, the bells of my being began to ring and I understood that I had found that something; I have found the path and now I have to discover it.
Many years have passed with personal work, unrest and lack of satisfaction, joys and smiles, observations, to myself and to others, with harmonization of feminine and masculine energy, leaving the fight for gender supremacy, without power relationships, without fighting between egos, with purification, understanding, and realization. I have had to confront my inner and outer demons, and myself; fears and ancestral doubts, resentment, pain… dying and being reborn in order to be able to live, love without possessing, share, reflect, focus, and accept that things happen. All of that has been possible thanks to the unconditional help of my Spiritual Family, without which none of it would have been possible.
This book has been written to share with you my teachings on internal and external observation, meditation, and searches.
“Living is life, surviving is death.” Fighting against one’s own fears and doubts with courage, strength, will, and effort is necessary to develop our skills and tackle any situation with wisdom and serenity.
Einstein stated, “Life has meaning in internal perfection and external confirmation.” Our external life shows us what we are on the inside.
Absolutely everything that is written here are my own personal experiences.
“Comprehension comes from experience and precedes realization.”
After a lot of time and a lot of drafts, I understood that the first thing that I had to do was to “understand the title”, to know what The Sacred Nature of the Human Being “meant” in order to be able to write it. It took many years and a lot of personal work to discover it.
The Sacred Nature of the Human Being is EVERYTHING, the “essence” of the Spirit, the conscience of the Human Being.
Its content cannot be rationalized; it can only be understood with the heart; it is a song to the liberty of the Being.
Since I was little, I have felt the compelling need to write, I wanted to write something but I did not know what to write about. The years passed and on that marvelous June 15th 2006 I discovered it. Starting from this moment, I began a new life; the old me died so that I could be reborn into my new self.
The Sacred Nature of the Human Being is a run through the inside of the self, through the inside of every one of us; this is necessary in order to know ourselves, know who we are, and be able to orient our lives towards where we should be. As we get to know ourselves, we will be discovering our Sacred Nature and will begin to feel a profound respect for ourselves and others.
This book is written without religious connotations; it is a trip to the world of the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual human being, and every person will arrive at their essence in the way that they most see fit and as suits their personality best. It is a rebirth of the self, not a religious rebirth but a spiritual rebirth.
It must be accepted that we are manifested energy, that is to say, human beings, animals, trees, mountains, water, air, deserts… we all have a way to live life on this planet, although it must be understood that as energy NOTHING CAN BE DESTROYED, ONLY TRANSFORMED.
To start taking the first steps on the path of life, you must ask yourself: do I want to walk?, do I want to fight?, am I ready to fall down and get back up?, am I ready to know who I am? You must reflect before answering these questions and you must MAKE THE DECISION to want to walk; you must MAKE THE EFFORT to get up and take the first step and then another until you understand that we are walking. This book can be helpful for those who want to walk, reflect, and make their lives a little more enjoyable.
