WHY ARE WE DYING AT ALL?

We probably already know it. There are so many diseases around that one of them is bound to kill us at some point. We don’t even think about this anymore, because we see that even health fanatics often die before us. All of our efforts seem nonsensical, because a disease will finally come out of nowhere and carry us off.

It is quite normal that we have this impression because we are still so far from a healthy life that we haven’t a clue what health is all about.

In any case, the absence of illness is not healthiness. To become healthy at all, we have to overcome our illnesses and then, bit by bit, over years of painstaking work, we make up for our health losses.

And what do we ultimately die of?

There are not so many possibilities, after all, so we can dig into the details right away.

MISSING LOVE

For a moment, I thought about whether I should bring love into the equation because it does not yet have the importance in our society that it actually deserves. But since we are talking about absolute health, we should also consider all the influencing factors.

The importance of love is not yet fully accepted. Some find it rather confusing, while others do not want to live without it. But we all know that a loving partner makes our lives look quite different, that's why we yearn for it so much. Children also thrive much better with loving parents, and adults in a harmonious environment seem as solid as a rock, and when we look closely, even with the right health.

Whenever we think about our health, we should always pay attention to a harmonious environment; consequently, we should only keep company with people who like us and are not in competition with us in any way. As long as we keep fighting for our rights, as long as we have our little day-to-day conflicts, our body degenerates, even if we do not want to believe it.

POISON

I already knew that we are bombarded with poison from all directions, but ever since I realised that the metabolism is also negatively influenced by the impact of poison, I’ve been focusing on poison. Poison is the devil's work. If poison is in our body, then our body is ageing, and that means our degeneration – ultimately our decay is rapidly heating up.

Poison is a problem for all of us, as it is everywhere, even in many things that we simply would not suspect. But dealing with poison is quite normal in our daily routine and it’s not questioned by any of us, and because (almost) everyone deals with poison in this causal way, no one sees any reason to change this behaviour. And that’s how it is; we copy everything and everyone, as long as it is considered a trend, as being normal, regardless of whether it is ultimately beneficial to us or destructive.

A small but extreme example is the aluminium in which we wrap food to keep it ostensibly fresh or warm. Yet, aluminium is an absolutely problematic product because it consumes a disproportionate amount of energy in its manufacture, only to be thrown carelessly in the bin after use. Not only that, but aluminium is a heat conductor and so cools our warm food in record time, instead of keeping it warm, and finally, it is highly toxic, which is actually our real problem.

We have just managed to ban aluminium from deodorant because it has made such big waves amongst the public, and yet we still lick the aluminium lids from yoghurts. For us, it seems unthinkable that something so absurd would be allowed to poison our environment and so we blindly trust that others will take care of things for us.

Many diseases are the result of poisoning, but none of us sick patients is told this because even the doctor will rarely know this. Parkinson's is a classic case. It is now official in medicine that 30 per cent of all outbreaks of the condition are caused by the uncontrolled intake of medication by patients. Even with this knowledge, patients still want further medication because her Parkinson's finally should also be suppressed somehow intelligently. But doesn't anyone want to get healthy?

Again and again, there is this phenomenon – when we get used to something, we have a hard time changing our behaviour. We would rather die, which – strangely enough – is usually the case. People die all the time, although we have known this for decades and all the predicted diseases occur in exactly the same way.

A prime example was my father, who planned his day around taking his pills. Each tablet had an exact time when it was taken and his meals were aligned with this. Even though he could see how one disease followed the other, and even when the drug-induced Parkinson's disease made him unable to act, he was not willing to change anything about his tablet consumption. The tablets were his sanctuary.

Sometimes I'm at a loss. Do we get the medicine we deserve? It seems that the patient finally finds his way when he considers everything else as unacceptable.

Poison is one of the main causes of our degeneration and, finally, our physical decay. By the way, poison is also the reason for the number of bald men around. There is no other reason – no heredity or bald gene involved here. If we get the poison out of our body, our hair will grow normally again. Healing is that simple. Healing happens immediately when the disturbing things are removed from us, but unfortunately, more and more of these disturbing things have been taken into our bodies over the decades.

Children with behavioural problems are also often hopelessly poisoned. The suspicion of the naturopaths that the vaccines are enriched with high doses of poison persist to this day. It does not seem that the vaccination itself is the problem, but the poisonous additives that cause the suffering from as early as infancy. Very simple studies by paediatricians have shown that children without vaccination will consistently learn to walk 3 months earlier than their ‘protected’ colleagues, who come to the attention of doctors because they have the early signs of serious illness in the form of mental and physical disorders.

If we look under YouTube.com, using the keyword: Vaccination, we are informed extensively. In general, YouTube is excellent for personal research. It is simply incredible what I have already found there. Anyone who is looking for a solution, a way out of their sad existence, will definitely find something here. Sometimes I sit for days in front of it and look through the almost endless offerings until I am soaked with it, and then I try to sort through the abundance of information again. This is the moment when I find new patterns again and another small law of the universe becomes obvious, like, for example, that poison is the most massive and permanent disturbance for our bodies.

One question remains for us: What is all this poison needed for? It is clear that the poison is not just ‘there’.

It is therefore a parent’s responsibility to make the right decision for their children. I am personally of the opinion that vaccinations are carried out too early on little ones because, technically, they are still immune-protected by their mothers for quite a long time.

Until medicine is not clear on this subject, we should be cautious in favour of our children. If a child can walk 3 months earlier, they are mentally and physically one light-year ahead, so these children are definitely healthier. There is only one thing that is important for our life here on Earth, and that is health. Once health is ‘scratched’, our death is already calculable.

In principle, every new-born child has the potential to become an ‘Albert Einstein’, because there is no plausible reason at all why this should not be possible. Poison, like the microwave, has the destructive power to prevent this.

Let's get one thing straight: health always comes first. Nothing, not even the slightest sacrifice of our health, is acceptable. As soon as we have the first disorder in our body, the next one will follow immediately because the immune system is already too weak. Then the next one comes and the next, until at some point nothing works any more.

Poison works like a virus in a PC, in the best-case scenario we go insane, in the worst, it kills us.

Also, the endless arguments that vaccinations prevent epidemics is probably in doubt nowadays as their current success is mainly attributable to the introduction of hygiene.

However, it is not only the poisons in vaccinations that are a problem, it is also the tons of amalgam fillings in our teeth, which contain up to 50 per cent mercury and have been part of conventional medicine for 100 years, despite constant concerns. Mercury is a super-strong nerve poison. What is it doing in the human body anyway?

Whether the new materials are not as toxic, I am not sure either. When they are glued, they stink of pure chemicals and I have a headache for two days afterwards.

The next problem piling up is the amount of plastic here on Earth. Plastic is now everywhere, even in food. Plastic is made of mineral oil, which does not agree with our body at all. If we touch lots of plastic things, including polyester, nylon, and acrylic underwear – it robs us of our health.

The entire sportswear industry is based on plastic, creating a lifestyle generated from a problem material, and we humans do not question anything. What is wrong with us? The mixture of sweat and plastic fibres makes it especially tricky, because the plastic passes unhindered through the sweat on the skin into the body and then causes chaos. What sports gives us in terms of health, the clothing on our skin takes it away. This stuff really has to go in the bin.

It's interesting that when people only cycle a few kilometres, they put on sports clothes and are proud that they smell so unpleasantly sweaty afterwards, along the lines of, ‘Today, I worked really hard.’ The only reason for the smell is that our sweat could not evaporate due to the plastic vapour barrier, and we have bathed in our soup of sweat, dirt and problem substances from the plastic, and hence we have aged a few days more.

While jogging I also see the unwritten law that a plastic outfit must be worn. I, on the other hand, just put on something comfortable made of cotton and start running. It doesn't cost anything and hardly smells afterwards, so I wear it several times before it needs washing. Even when I am soaked with sweat, running through the blazing sun for an hour, it only smells slightly. Secretly, I'm sure that even having the advantage of a great outfit cannot make up for the glow of a healthy body.

After a homeopathic magazine raised the possibility that the plastic materials used in medical procedures, like catheters, pose a health risk, I became sceptical and put plastic on the no-list. In practice, it means that I have cut my use of plastic materials in half, using cardboard, wood and paper instead.

Poison exists and it’s going under our radar, that's why it's so dangerous. Poison's all around us, in the water, in food, in the fields, in the air, in our personal hygiene products, in clothing, in medicines, in the interior of cars – one thousand different toxins can be detected there, which, of course, are up to no good.

Doctors do not usually look at poison. It's almost as if it doesn’t exist. Thankfully, ridding the body of poison is an integral part of naturopathic treatment, because decisive success cannot be achieved without detoxification.

With detoxification, we may think that we are detoxified after a therapy, so that we are free of toxins, but we are still far from it – we just have fewer in us, allowing us to breathe more easily for a little time afterwards.

But as long as we still look old, the poison is still wafting around inside us. We must therefore drive it out every day through various measures, internally and externally, through our skin and urine, so that we can keep the remaining amount as small as possible until the end of our lives.

We will probably never be able to avoid absorbing poison completely and unknowingly, but we can question it. We can grasp our present situation, greatly reduce the intake and even get it out of our bodies.

MICROWAVES, X-RAYS, ELECTRO SMOG

We know about microwaves from the microwave oven – the small oven can use to quickly heat something up. The microwave makes the water molecules vibrate, and by generating friction, warms the substance up. Also, when we hold a mobile phone to our ear while talking, the water molecules in our brain begin to vibrate and this area also becomes warm.

Unfortunately, microwaves are anything but harmless, because they disrupt the communication of the body's cells and thus cause cancer. They not only kill the food we were trying to warm up, but also us. The mobile phone, which has become so important to us is therefore, unfortunately, nothing more than a powerful body degeneration tool. The microwaves from the many mobile phone masts and the WLAN routers in buildings are allowing the cancer numbers to explode, so that cancer will easily slide into first position on the list of body killers.

Also, the ‘environmentally friendly’ electric car, which pulses high-energy currents from right underneath our butts, will drive illnesses further upwards. As Nicola Tesla wrote 100 years ago: ‘If you want to understand the universe, think of energy, frequencies and vibrations.’ The wrong frequencies in high energy will kill our biochemical computer. The car itself is already unacceptable from a health perspective because of the many poisons inside it and now we are topping this up with electromagnetic smog.

X-rays are also cell-destroying radiation; it’s not for nothing that medical staff wear lead aprons. So, when we have our teeth, bones or chest X-rayed, we should know that our body needs a strong immune system to repair all that cell damage.

METABOLIC PROBLEMS

Lack of love, poison and electromagnetic radiation are all causal threats to our bodies, and are most likely to cause metabolic problems, which often occur in connection with them. Nevertheless, a lack of contact with nature and too little movement are causal effects that are only favoured by us.

Metabolic problems manifest themselves in two different forms, which we will now take a closer look at:

MALABSORBTION AND MALDIGESTION

The meanings of these two words are not half as complicated as they sound. Unfortunately, these disorders are far too frequent today and there are only a few healers who can correct this derailment again.

Malabsorption means, in effect, that the small intestine (ileum) works insufficiently, particularly the terminal ileum – the last third of the small intestine, which is responsible for the absorption of food. As a result, we are unable to absorb enough nutrients from our food and, therefore, are kept alive by our own minerals over the years and decades, which are stored in our bones, muscles and tissue. Constant stomach and abdominal pains indicate this problem and should be taken seriously. In the final stages, we see a drained body, where physical strength drops close to zero, the eyes disappear into deep eye sockets and bodyweight slowly vanishes. The skin shows an unusually high number of skin irritations, where ‘age spots’ sprout, because ‘age spots’ always appear when the tissue is too dirty, which at some point shows up on the skin.

Huge amounts of half-digested food poison inflame our body and cause a variety of inflammatory diseases, which can then develop into tumours and the final stages of cancer.

Explanation of the terms: A tumour is a proliferation or neoplasm. In a broader sense, any increase in the volume of a circumscribed tissue is a tumour, regardless of its cause.

While tumours are ‘only’ space-consuming phenomena, which can kill us in the brain, they are still described as benign, differs Cancer from a tumour in that its cells switch to a different mode of operation and thus can form metastases, i.e. its cancer cells can spread in the body.

HEART- AND CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES

Circulatory disorders are widespread and eventually lead to heart attacks. They are also signs of a faulty metabolism which can cause acidification of the heart muscle. So a heart attack is based solely on local over-acidification in the area of the heart attack, with a pH value of always 6.2. Normally the pH value should have at least 7.0, in the best case even 7.4, which means pH 6.2 is far beyond the normal operation mode.

Essentially, it is animal protein that makes this acidification. Compared to vegetable protein, up to 4 kilograms of animal protein is stored in the artery walls and then kept as a reserve for bad times. In contrast, nothing is stored in the veins. That means no venous sclerosis is possible in the bloodstream leading back to the heart. But because we live in an overnourished society, the animal proteins remain stuck in the arteries all of the time and reduce the permeability of the artery walls as they increase in quantity, so that the nutrient sugars for the cells in the tissue cannot diffuse sufficiently through the walls, which results in rising blood sugar levels over the years. The blood value for the long-term sugar HbA1c, which represents the average sugar value of about the last 4-6 weeks, also rises above the normal range and opens up the possibility of diabetes mellitus type II.

With the metabolisation of animal protein, acid is automatically released, which reactivates the fungus ‘Aspergillus Niger’ at a certain level. This then covers the artery walls with lime and leads to the disease pattern Arteriosclerosis. The resulting increasing stiffening of the arteries also impairs the so-called windkessel function, which serves to absorb the pressure waves from the heart, so that blood pressure rises dangerously, as a result, and increases the risk of further illnesses.

Due to the lack of nutrients supplied to the body, we also naturally feel flabby. The remaining sugar will be converted into the well-known ‘love handles’ and, as a consequence, we become overweight with time.

In summary, this and the many other causes of over-acidification, such as a stressful life, inharmonious relationships, acidic drinks, such as sparkling water, coffee, alcohol, generally high amounts of degenerated sugar in drinks and food, make the tissue around the heart too acidic and the heart muscle is brought to its knees, usually in our 50s. This suddenly slows down the performance of the pump and causes a feeling of tightness in the chest with the accompanying fear of death. The doctor calls it a heart attack and we grow pale.

This super unpleasant slew just results from the wrong ‘gasoline’ that we take in every day. Animal protein is strangely not suitable for humans at all, but it is promoted extensively. How can that be?

ACIDIFICATION

We have heard this word so many times before, but we don't really know what it means and what dimensions it can achieve at all. Even when it is still depreciated as esoteric behaviour, acid is comparable to the destructive power of poison, microwaves and metabolic problems. Like poison, hyperacidity also has a global influence on our body. It runs through our body water that, over the decades, migrates 1 - 2 pH levels into the acidic milieu. This is almost always found in Western society.

With increasing acidity, many enzyme functions, as a consequence of all the body’s processes, gradually switch off. According to the literature, we probably have about 5,000 enzymes at good times, but with acidification they drop by 50%. Afterwards, only half of them still remain, which should keep the body stable for us. The fact that they no longer deliver their optimum performance can be seen by our modest appearance, which is generally described as aged.

Furthermore, strong acidity can lead to the danger of cancer, which according to the literature, can build up locally in the tissue at around pH 4.5, and heart attacks can occur in the early hours of the morning, when the heart is flushed with a pH of 6 and lower, because the body will be strongly deacidified during this time.

This deacidification process is a normal part of the body's regeneration, which collects during the night and deposits all the waste via the kidneys into the residual urine. Is the pH value 4.5 and lower in the blood, leads this to the next problem right away, because the kidneys cannot flush acid levels lower than that and blocks the purification until the morning, when the body awakens, and gets calcium from our bones and tissues to make the acidic blood a little more alkaline. By blocking the kidneys at night, however, we increase inconspicuously the accumulation of metabolic products in our tissue, which increases the risk of a heart attack later in life and also opens the door to many other diseases.

So, we can see that a low pH-value puts us under pressure, and in the end, it will even cost us our lives. The crucial question is only: what other possible derailment will remove us from this earthly life first of all?

This simple and manageable knowledge should be enough to initiate change in our lives. Nevertheless, how we can make these concrete changes remains somewhat vague in the literature, so a little improvisation is needed. I myself cannot quite determine when acidosis is present and when it is worthy of treatment. I, therefore, take a pH measurement of my urine first thing in the morning, just to be on the safe side, aiming for pH 6.4 at least. Especially at the beginning of my deacidification experiments, this value was constantly below pH 5.6 (which was the lowest value on my indicator paper) and indicated that there was actually too much acid to be excreted.

This topic described is not an issue with an alkaline body, as it is still found in children. The acids are flushed out sufficiently during the night via the kidneys and finally collected in the bladder, so that we can get rid of them in the morning. If we check the urine with a pH-indicator paper, we should see a pH value of at least 6.4 (a light green), as mentioned previously. This gives us the certain knowledge that the kidneys worked overnight and have not degenerated a little more by chance.

At a pH value of 4.5 and, of course, also lower in the tissue, the cells are then no longer able to work in their oxygen mode and switch to their million-year-old fermentation control, in which no oxygen is required. The body then wisely encapsulates the resulting cancer cells in such an emergency programme to prevent them from spreading throughout the body – we should therefore be extremely suspicious when a biopsy is recommended, because what happens if the cancer cells get into the bloodstream during this procedure?

Cancer is a super sensitive issue where we don't have too many more therapy attempts before the body stops working forever. That's why the treatment approach should always be well chosen. The good news is that, with cancer, we usually don't have to decide from one day to the next, because it only 'grows' slowly and is often just an incidental finding.

Because the skin is also a discharge organ and the acids from the tissue want to get outside, we usually have a skin pH-value that is too low, which means we can expect skin cancer at a young age as well. If you don’t believe this, try getting an appointment with a dermatologist. The clinics are full and one tumour after the other is being cut out. Normally, a skin tumour, or the more threatening variant of skin cancer, is not quite as dramatic as one embedded in our intestines, but even so, it’s not much fun.

We also have to keep in mind that the removal of a tumour/cancer does not improve our tissue a jot, as it means the next medical emergency is just around the corner. So, it is only a symptom treatment that takes away the emergency. It does not initiate a cure because the tissue is still the same.

In my opinion, skin cancer is also not caused by the hole in the ozone layer or by strong solar radiation. It is simply the swampy tissue – the result of too much dirt, consisting of toxins, acids, metabolic products, and inorganic materials, which decisively restrict the supply and disposal of cells, so that they have no choice but to fall back on their old programme.

Even a trauma, a physical injury caused by sports or an accident, a bruise where blood runs into the tissue and cannot get disposed of quickly enough by the body's immune system, can grow into a fatal cancer within a few weeks. If an apple falls on a tiled floor, for instance, and we cut out the place of impact, we see the slushy destroyed tissue of the apple, which will be rotten after only one day.

Cancer always develops if cells can no longer ‘breathe’ properly, i.e. they are not sufficiently supplied with oxygen and nutrition, and metabolic products are not disposed of. It is always the same principle; it is always a logistical problem.

Acidification is, therefore, another major problem in a human's life, in addition to poison and metabolic disorders, which will take our lives in the long run. Acidification affects the whole body. As the whole body consists of water, a similar pH value can be expected almost everywhere. But not everywhere, however, because alkalis are necessary for the reproductive process, lots of alkalis, by the way. That's why there is the saying: ‘Every child costs a tooth.’ It is the calcium that is needed for alkaline life and is found in the teeth. With increasing acidity and the resulting lack of alkalis, the body eventually gives up and sends the woman into the so-called menopause. This event is therefore not a law of nature, but more of an incurable disease, which we can prevent with some discipline, and also heal ourselves, even if we have already been affected.

In this way, grandma could also get pregnant again. Don't worry that grandma is already too old, our body does not give release if it has concerns. We should just listen to our body.

With this knowledge, there is a justified hope that a woman's limited fertility has nothing to do with her age, but rather her primary health. It is said that indigenous women can have children even at the age of 100. I must say, it is a pity I am not a woman, because I would have liked to have known if that was so.

INFLAMMATION

We constantly have inflammations that we usually know nothing about, but when they exceed a certain level, they massively stand in the way of our health.

An inflammation is part of a healing process and is therefore natural and not an uncontrolled phenomenon. But if the inflammation does not go down, our immune system can no longer assert itself and the place, or places, or even the whole body cannot be healed. This is always an emergency, a health catastrophe, which leads to a death that is far too fast.

Inflammations can be reliably measured with the blood value CRP (C-reactive protein) and it indicate to us that our immune system is fighting a battle against invaders from the outside, through injuries, as well as the inside, such as from food. This can happen through a long-term faulty metabolism, especially if these trouble spots eventually attract attention through functional limitations, maybe even with pain, and (must) be slowed down with cortisone. Our body is on the verge of decay in the long run, but because almost everyone nowadays is in some kind of ongoing destructive spiral, we hardly notice this in the overall result.

To stop an inflammation, so that we can move normally again without pain and breathe deeply again, is in my opinion indicated. But in return, we should immediately use this state of painlessness to tackle this threat with naturopathic measures.

In the long term, inflammations are real body killers – they are smouldering fires. We should therefore also pay attention to inflammation in our health philosophy in order to achieve more stable health. They are simply recorded with the blood value CRP or can be detected immediately with a blood sedimentation, called BSR, if there is an acute suspicion.

If you want to know more about it, you can simply search the Internet for ‘Blood Sedimentation’ and ‘C-Reactive Protein / CRP’.

Smaller problems, such as minor injuries of the skin, will not throw this global blood value out off track too quickly, so perhaps the CRP is comparable to the indicator of rust on cars. If a car rusts superficially, with just a few centimetres affected, the vehicle’s health is not immediately endangered. However, if the rust is extensive or on load-bearing parts, such as the joints, it is. In the world of health is this an emergency and should be treated in the same way.

By the way, the most common inflammation we have is in the oral cavity, which is mainly related to a faulty digestive tract and/or oral hygiene. Antibiotics, as well as widespread sugar, destroy and over acidify our intestinal flora and cause an incorrect colonisation of the mucous membrane, which cannot absorb the nutrition sufficiently. Undigested food thus wafts through our bodies and generates toxins, which ultimately inflame the entire tissue, and then manifest themselves as rheumatism, or migrate into joints and manifest themselves as arthritis. All diseases with the ending ‘itis’ have an inflammatory origin, and we have many of them.

HABITS

We also die of our wrong habits, which develop due to our missing or wrong knowledge. We still do not change our lifestyle, even when we should know better and our health is going down the drain. There is no doctor, no alternative practitioner who can help, not my life partner or even our best friend has a chance to show us the way.

We are as we are and that’s what we do. I see it daily, how we all live in a trance and just do our thing. We enjoy our lives, or at least pretend to, and simply indulge ourselves with anything that is obviously harming our health. Smoking, alcohol, caffeine, food – the addictions are taking effect everywhere.

The food is probably the biggest addiction. Food in the industrialized world has become a constant hype. The media are constantly pushing this topic with cooking shows by star chefs who are already affected by their own uncontrolled eating, but we still don't want to believe it. Let us move away from self-proclaimed nutrition experts and discuss passionately whether ‘low carb’ might be the right strategy for us.

Coffee also strikes everywhere. Kids don't drink coffee; they don't like it. We then say – completely unnecessary by the way: ‘That's not for you yet’. But is it for us adults? What logic. ‘Well, if I'm not allowed to do that anymore, what am I allowed to do anyway?’ We are trapped. We argue wildly and uncontrollably, just to keep our addictions alive.

Alcohol is also a constant attendant. Who does not drink alcohol? ‘A beer, so what?’ Men drink beer, women drink wine. ‘A glass of red wine is even something that’s healthy. Every day a glass of red wine even increases our life expectancy’. Who says that? Alcohol is poison and poison destroys our body – the white or red grapes don't help us anymore. By the way, alcohol is a very heavy poison. How did we humans come up with the idea of producing alcohol in the first place? Children don’t like alcohol, but we adults know what is healthy?

I drink one, two, three glasses of wine in company now and then, because I still like it, but alcohol drags me down so much that I feel sick the next day.

Smoking is accepted as a health hazard, and so is a praiseworthy exception. Even smokers accept this – but changing something, no way. Although we know that our body will be destroyed by the poisons, we do not change anything. Why do we do this to ourselves?

Even life-threatening illnesses don’t stop us from changing anything. Obesity, gout, diabetes, heart attacks, and even cancer don't make the alarm bells ring. It is interesting that even such common diseases, which we know will end in our much too early death, don’t really scare us.

Children don't do all this nonsense, but we adults do and we think that we know how our health works?

LONELINESS

Loneliness, that feeling of not being connected to our society is, in my opinion, another serious reason why people are dying. Actually, this belongs to the first point, missing love. I see it so often that we should pay some attention to it.

This may seem surprising at first reading, but most people become lonely after they are born. Hardly a soul gets the attention it needs. Most people are so busy searching for their own happiness that they can hardly look at others.

Even if we don’t feel excluded over the decades, we quite obviously die of loneliness in our old age, when we are no longer going to work and our social environment suddenly shrinks. Mostly, only the family is left, in some small form, and the number of friends goes to zero at some point.

In old age, we can rarely establish social contacts, and increasingly hope that others will come to us and save us somehow from being alone, from loneliness. The sudden lack of social connection surprisingly separates us from the rest of the world. What once seemed to be so promising, to have time for hobbies and to be released from all duties of work life, makes us aware of our separateness. This separation, which we feel when we do not pay attention to our mental, spiritual side, forces us to die, because, in our opinion, we are no longer welcome here on this Earth and increasingly yearn to be redeemed.

We see this phenomenon in a pronounced way when a soul mate has passed away from us. We can no longer overcome this pain, nor do we want to overcome it. Then we follow them in the shortest time, although we have not shown any signs of being sick before. Our thoughts have thus become reality, sometimes so quickly that even we are aware of it.

Or the other way hand, if we still have something to do here on Earth, death will take this into consideration, because here too, reality follows our thoughts. It is always very much up to our thoughts how reality will unfold in the future.

WHAT IS BEING DEAD ANYWAY?

I have my problem with the term death, and also with dying. In my opinion, we don’t die and we are never dead, because our soul is immortal anyway. Only the Western world sees things from this point of view and describes death as being final, with nothing after that.

This makes the theory of evolution, ‘from unicellular organisms to humans, ‘only the strongest survives’ or ‘we are descended from apes’, of course questionable, and serves maybe only to make us believe that reality is real and that we thus voluntarily submit to this interactive confusion.

Dying occurs, and this is not only my point of view, when we slip out of our bodies at some point and our thoughts work exactly as if nothing has happened. As a result, we can watch ourselves dying and strangely enough still remain alive.

If we die while sleeping, we probably only wake up confused and have to reorient ourselves. If we die in pain from the many diseases of old age, the lack of pain will suddenly bring us out of our delirium and our mental clarity will indicate the change of sides that has taken place.

What we call life is ultimately nothing more than giving our soul a vehicle – called a body – with which we play in the game landscape – called reality – and experience many adventures with newly established rules. If we do not stick to the laws, at some point ‘game over’ comes. This is then confused with death in the not real reality.

We should not put death and dying in our mouths because of the degenerative effect, nor should we think about it secretly, because thoughts are creating reality – our daily experienced reality. Therefore, we live now and dying only becomes interesting when we want to change the sides, when we are having no more fun in reality. Otherwise, we dedicate ourselves to our life, our projects, or whatever seems interesting to us. I personally still have so much to do; I don't have time to die at all.
