Resumen

Los cambios que mueven las estructuras generan remolinos que se llevan consigo a las organizaciones y las instituciones. No queda nada en pie, todo queda sensible o profundamente afectado, nadie queda a salvo. Las organizaciones, públicas o privadas, de la economía o de la cultura, de la estructura social o de los movimientos reivindicativos, han sido tocadas fuertemente por los cambios que presenta la sociedad actual. Este capítulo está dedicado a hacer un repaso por esos cambios y, en especial, por aquellos que afectan de una manera inexorable a la familia como institución centenaria. A pesar de que Villavicencio es una ciudad nueva, ha entrado recientemente y de una manera acelerada en los cambios que la modernidad y la modernización le han presentado, y frente a los cuales no ha tenido alternativa distinta a verse involucrada en estos. La revolución demográfica y la caída del patriarcalismo han sido factores fundamentales en las transformaciones de las familias. Este capítulo está focalizado en atender estos asuntos.

Abstract

The changes that move the structures generate whirlpools that take organizations and institutions with them. There is nothing left standing; everything is sensitive or deeply affected; No one is safe. The organizations, public or private, of the economy or the culture, of the social structure or the vindictive movements, have been strongly touched by the changes that present society presents. This chapter is dedicated to reviewing these changes and, especially, those who inexorably affect the family as a centenary institution. Although Villavicencio is a new city, it has recently entered and in an accelerated way in the changes that modernity and modernization have presented to it, and in front of which it has not had a different alternative to being involved in these. The demographic revolution and the fall of patriarchalism have been fundamental factors in the transformations of families. This chapter is focused on addressing these issues.
