This book began nearly three years ago as an idea scribbled in a notebook that eventually became a structured method of supporting teachers in the classroom. I could not have written this book without the help and support of the following.

Joe’s dry sense of humor has made him a student favorite; this, along with the dedication to his craft, has made him an exemplary teacher in the few short years he’s been teaching.
