Typically, people have sex at night because that is customary. Moods can be set by going out to dinner, dancing, and many other ways of setting the mood. Oftentimes the mood in the bedroom at night is set with candles, soft music, and satin sheets. Or so we wish. Did you know that sex in the morning can help strengthen the bond between man and woman even more than sex at night? By the time morning comes, a man’s testosterone is at its highest peak. They tend to be more romantic and loving in the morning.

How does sex in the morning seal the bond between a woman and a man? Sex in the morning can be very romantic. By engaging in sex in the morning, you are releasing hormones and other emotions to help you get through your day happily. Not only will you get through your day more happily but you also will be healthier. On top of that, having sex in the morning will strengthen your hair, nails, and make your skin have a little glow to it. This makes you more appealing to the world as well. It also gives you something to look forward to later in the day.

Women worry about morning breath, messy hair, and other things that can prevent from sharing that special bond in the morning. It is easy to just roll over in bed and pop a mint in your mouth before you engage in that early morning sex. Some women, however, don’t worry about morning breath and are prepared to go at any time. It is convenient to have mints by the bed because they can be utilized a few different ways. Another thing that you could do is tell him that you need 30 seconds to prepare yourself. In this time, brush your teeth and run a brush through your hair.
