6) Make Sure You Get Enough Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs)

You should try to obtain as little fat as possible from the saturated, animal fats or transfatty acids found in many commercial foods, and as much as possible in the form of essential fatty acids (EFAs) such as the Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids.
