I BELIEVE IN DESTINY. Throughout your life you will dance from path to path, sampling the delights and the miseries and forming a character. You are destined to be whatever you become and, through becoming, you will arrive at your destination. Think carefully every step of the way, because your destiny is in your hands.

Visualisation: Form a picture in your mind of how you would like to appear to others at the end of your life. Then picture yourself surrounded by friends. Happiness abounds because you have given so much to each other.

A video appears and you all watch, joking and laughing at all the stupid things you have done throughout your lives. Then someone says, ‘Well, at least we kept our sense of humour. Without that, everything we did would have been worthless.’
