Esma Ul Husna

Esma-uul Huusna means Allah's beautiful names (and facets) In Arabic "asma Allah al-husna".

In Islam, each of these names represents a characteristic of Allah. Together, these are called the 99 names (Esma) of Allah. They occur in the Koran and are understood as synonyms for Allah.

However, according to traditions, there are many more names and facets of Allah, but we humans are not yet aware of them.

In the Koran there are a few more names that are not known among the 99 names, such as the name Şafi (pronounced: Shaafi, means the healing, this Esma stands for healing). The Esma Şafi is often recited in conjunction with other suras from the Quran for the healing of diseases.

Example: recite „ya Şafi” and surah Al-Kawthar at least 21 times in front of a glass water and then drink it until 1/10th remains in the bottom, then water with it plant (e.g. flowers in your home) or pour it into the soil.

When reciting the 99 Esma's of Allah, if the addition of "celle cellaluhu" is added and "Ya" is added before the Esma (attribute), it enhances the effect of the recitation as we are calling Allah directly. Example: Al Aziz, becomes "Ya Aziz celle cellaluhu" (the c in celle cellaluhu will be pronounces as a J – e.g. James)

For the recitation it is recommended to use a so-called "Tasbih" or “Misbaha”, a string of prayer beads, usually with 101 or 33 beads (or with various precious stones, a tasbih /Dhikr app will be provided e.g. in IOS or android smartphones). Dhikr, also spelled Zikr, (Arabic: “reminding oneself,” or “mention”), is a ritual prayer practiced by Muslims for the purpose of glorifying God and achieving spiritual perfection. This meditation method has a huge impact to our body and our soul. It purifies our heart and frees from negative energies. It has further advantages to our life, which is described in each name.

A recitation is possible anytime and anywhere, even when watching TV or being on a train, in a bus, in a plane, waiting for bus etc. It is highly recommended to perform the Islamic washing before the recitation, but without the washing it´s possible as well (e.g. when women have their period, it is not allowed to recite from the Quran, therefore no prayers from the Quran can be recited but the so called Dhikr - also spelled Zikr- the recitation of Allahs 99 Names are allowed at any time without restrictions). Because the recitation of Dhikr protects your body and soul and purifies your heart.
