Clinical diagnosis History
ОглавлениеSymptoms depend on both glucose level and duration of hyperglycemia:
Cardiovascular: myocardial injury, electrolyte imbalances causing arrhythmia.
Constitutional: lethargy.
Gastrointestinal: nausea, vomiting.
Neurologic: mental status changes, encephalopathy, seizures, chorea, and other involuntary movements.
Renal: polyuria, acute kidney injury.
