1.3 Microorganisms Used in Fermentation Processes
ОглавлениеFermentation can take place under anaerobic or aerobic conditions with the help of microorganisms (Gänzle 2015; Ghosh et al. 2015; Kutyna et al. 2012). The most used microorganisms in bioprocesses are bacteria and fungi (yeasts and molds).
