Оглавление

For patients with poor glycemic control and high blood glucose levels before hemodialysis, blood glucose levels fluctuate widely, with hypoglycemia during and hyperglycemia after hemodialysis (hemodialysis-induced hyperglycemia). Therefore, it is important to optimize the blood glucose levels on non-dialysis days and before hemodialysis. On the other hand, diabetes patients on dialysis are thought to develop hypoglycemia due to delayed metabolism and excretion of diabetes drugs. While avoiding the risk of hypoglycemia, it is necessary to control blood glucose by comprehensively judging the casual plasma glucose level (predialysis blood glucose level), GA value, and the like, with the aim of improving prognosis.
