Innermost circle: Brainstem: (basic functions)
Circle 2: Midbrain (sensorimotor processing)
Circle 3: Limbic system (emotional regulation)
Outermost circle: Cortical system (learning and complex thinking)
An upward arrow flows along either side of the concentric circles.
The triangle has another triangle pointing down at its center that divides it into three segments. The details of each segment are as follows:
Top segment: Relationships (attachment, empathy, shared experiences).
Bottom left segment: Mind (awareness, focused attention).
Bottom right segment: Brain/Body (resilience, insight).
