WILDLIFE ABOUNDS

Оглавление

You never know what you will spot around the next bend. Acadia’s habitat diversity is home to approximately 40 species of mammals, more than 330 species of birds, 30 species of fish, 7 reptiles, and 11 amphibians. Although their extent is less well known, the park’s most common wildlife species are invertebrates—some that can be a nuisance and many that are critical components of the food web.
