Glue

Оглавление

A yellow PVA (polyvinyl acetate) woodworking glue is suitable for this project and is commonly available at hardware stores. “Hide glue,” made from animal hides, is the traditional luthier’s choice and is an excellent adhesive, though somewhat more difficult to obtain and less convenient to use than out-of-the-bottle PVA adhesives. Cyanoacrylate and epoxy have their place, especially for repairs, and require more care in use due to their toxicity and permanence.
