TU 4-3 Ball familiarization (10/30)

Setting:

- The players make pairs. For each team, position two cones at a large distance to each other (see figure).


Course:

- starts approx. 1 meter in front of his cone and runs in direction of (A).

- passes the ball into the running path of (B), passes back to .

- The players play another double pass (C).

- Afterwards, swiftly runs around the cone behind (D) and immediately sprints back towards his own cone (E).

- passes the ball into the running path of (F).

- dribbles around his own cone at a relaxed pace (G).

- Afterwards, starts the same course, running in direction of while playing two double passes. runs around the cone behind , sprints back to his initial position, and receives a long pass from into his running path, etc.
