Tipping
Tipping customs vary from country to country:
•In Britain 10 per cent is normal,
•In the US one leaves 15 to 20 per cent;
•In Australia 10 to 15 per cent is usual,
•In Canada, you should leave 15 per cent.
•In Japan on the other hand, it would be considered an insult6 if you were to leave a tip. [1]
