It’s Saturday morning, and Maria decides to do the laundry. She looks at the pile of clothes in the laundry basket and feels like it’s time to get them clean. First, she separates the clothes into two piles: dark clothes and light clothes.

Maria opens the washing machine and puts the dark clothes inside. She adds some laundry detergent and sets the machine to the appropriate wash cycle. After that, she checks the label on her favorite shirt to make sure it’s machine washable.

While the washing machine is running, Maria sorts the light clothes and gets them ready for washing. Once the dark clothes are done, she takes them out of the machine and hangs them up to dry. She then loads the light clothes into the machine and adds more detergent.

After the second load finishes, Maria folds the clean clothes and puts them away in the wardrobe. She is happy that the laundry is done and her clothes are fresh and clean!
