Грамматика

Present Continuous используется для действий, которые происходят сейчас или в текущий период времени.

1. Утвердительные предложения:

Образуется с помощью to be (am, is, are) + глагол с окончанием -ing:

I am reading a book.

She is watching TV.

They are playing football.

2. Отрицательные предложения:

Добавляем not после глагола to be:

I am not reading a book.

She is not (isn’t) watching TV.

They are not (aren’t) playing football.

3. Вопросительные предложения:

Меняем порядок подлежащего и to be:

Am I reading a book?

Is she watching TV?

Are they playing football?

Короткое правило:

Действие происходит сейчас → Present Continuous.

Утвердительные: am/is/are + глагол + ing.

Отрицательные: am/is/are + not + глагол + ing.

Вопросы: am/is/are + подлежащее + глагол + ing?
