Lloyd Edge (Dip. Prop. S, LREA, Licenced Buyer's Agent) is the founder and Managing Director of one of Australia's most sought after buyer's agencies, Aus Property Professionals.

He is the author of bestseller, Positively Geared, a book about his journey from high school teacher to building a multi-million dollar property portfolio and achieving financial independence while still on a teacher's salary.

He is often featured on TV for his comments on the property markets. He also has a regular segment on Geelong's Bay FM Property Guide, Sydney's Edge 96.1 and Perth's 6PR as well as a being a regular contributor to Australian Property Investor magazine. Lloyd is also often interviewed on top rating radio stations 2GB, 4BC and 3AW.

As a member of the Real Estate Buyer's Agents Association (REBAA), he has been a frequent finalist in the REINSW awards for excellence and Real Estate Business (REB) awards. Lloyd has received ‘Your Investment Property’ Top Buyer's Agent award and his company, Aus Property Professionals, has also been a finalist in these awards on a number of occasions. In 2020 Lloyd's first book, Positively Geared won an award in the Australian Business Book Awards (ABBA).
