Quick classic tomato sauce
Оглавление3 Tbsp tomato purée
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp caster sugar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp dried chilli flakes
½ tsp crushed black pepper
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped (optional)
Makes 500ml/18fl oz
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl or measuring jug and use immediately, or cover and either refrigerate for up to 1 week or freeze.
