ОглавлениеAt the end of the tape I encourage you to do two more activities:
1. It is always a good idea to jot down things that come up for you doing this meditation. Notice if you have any negative energy on whatever came up. If so, write about it. If not, just write your reflections.
2. Go for a silent walk in a park or your garden and ask the question of a flower or a tree “What do I need to let go?” If anything comes up then let it go by calling in the Light for the highest good of all concerned and imagine the Light lifting the burden from you.
