4. Positive Affirmations Only.

Repetition is powerful. The power of habits is in repetition. The power of practice also lies in repetition. We become what we eventually give ourselves to. We attract our confessions and they eventually shape us. Developing a habit of positive affirmations uplifts you and helps to boost your confidence. It empowers you to attract your deepest desires, and it enables you to adopt a healthier lifestyle, thereby alleviating stress. Positive affirmations help you attract what you want and not what you don’t want.

Positive affirmations are phrased and recited in the present tense, and they are a declaration of what you want to be true in your life as if it were already true. Here are a couple of them by meditation and attraction coaches all over the world curated by DailyBurn—an online health and fitness company. Saying them every day can seem a little bit daunting, but as always, practice goes a long way – constant practice, that is. The more you say them, the more you shape your reality to attract the things you want and need.

To aid in your staying on track, it’s advised to use some sticky notes and to put them in places where you'll see them: on the mirror in the bathroom, on the screen of your computer, your wallet, car — wherever you find convenient to work for you. It’s imperative to always remind yourself to lavish words generously on yourself till it becomes habitual — a healthy addiction.?

 I am love. I am purpose. I was made with divine intention.

 I don’t sweat the small stuff.

 I can. I will. End of story.

 I am adventurous. I overcome fears by following my dreams.

 I feed my spirit. I train my body. I focus my mind. It’s my time.

 I oversee how I feel, and today I’m choosing happiness.

 I am my own superhero.

 I will not compare myself to strangers on the internet.

 I am choosing and not waiting to be chosen.

 I am enough.

 I am whole.

 I have the power to create change.

 I let go of all that no longer serves me.

 I can do all the things.

 I refuse to give up because I haven’t tried all possible ways.

 I deserve the best and I accept the best now.

 I’m going to make you so proud.

 My presence is my power.
