Others will continually witness and experience what you believe, value, and act on, and from that, they will develop a deeply engrained opinion of you. That opinion will guide their level of commitment.

As a Stand Tall Leader, do you want others to be committed to you? Do you want others to accept your influence? If you do, you must continually work to maintain a high level of integrity. Once you leave your position of leadership, your legacy will remain. What will that legacy look like? Your legacy will match your level of integrity.
