 School phone number

 School fax number

 Teacher website (active link)

 School website (active link)

 District website (active link)

 School Facebook page (active link)

 School Twitter name

If you offer this information at the end of every email, there is no way a parent can say they didn't know how to get a hold of you or you were not accessible.
