In these settings, “trial and error” is the common term used for the kind of experimentation needed. These type of failures can be considered “good,” because they provide valuable insight and new knowledge that can help an organization to learn from past mistakes for its future growth. The lesson here is clear: If something works, do more of it. If it doesn’t, go back to the drawing board
