NOTE ABOUT THE STYLE AND NATURE OF SOUL TRAP
Оглавление“We can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.” Albert Einstein.
With that; and knowing this; I will tell you that religion is the six-ton raging bull elephant in the room that no one wants to discuss. It raises hell in our lives, trumpets aloud, tears up the furniture, bullies us a round, and even sits on our chests. Yet, no one wants to call it out for what it is. Hell, no one wants to admit that it even exists. But that doesn’t mean it isn’t there, crushing the life out of us.
Having said that…
The things I tell you now, you will want to know if only because they are important. What I show you now you will want to see, if only because it will open your eyes. And, you will want to witness for yourself that which will transform everything you ever thought you knew to be true of God and the Bible, if not religion itself. It is that revolutionary. And yes. The journey you are about to undertake has everything to do with magical poppies as teased up from the Land of Oz, compelling you to close your eyes and go back to sleep. See I Corinthians 1:17 where the apostle Paul said of religion, “Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: to preach it not with eloquence or wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be emptied of its power.”
Be that as it may, we need to look at that verse again by exposing its essence—if only because its message packs one helluva “Gotcha!” This, we do, by stealing a peek behind the great and bellowing curtain of Oz. See again, as wrought for elucidation, where the apostle Paul said of the power behind the Bible as enacted through the vehicle that is religion, “Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: to preach it not with eloquence or wisdom of words because there isn’t any. Otherwise, to expose the truth behind the cross would be to empty it of its power whereby rendering it useless.”
Even so, it’s curious that the apostle Paul would say something like this: especially when his job is to peddle the truth of the Bible. Right? Well, the reason he didn’t is because there is none to sell. He even said as much. I know. But he did. And, you can always reread that passage for as many times as it takes for its truth to sink in because sink in it will: just as it did for Dorothy, as she ever-so-slowly began to realize that she wasn’t in Kansas no more.
With that; and knowing this; I give you I Corinthians 1:18. This being where Paul added of it in an effort to defend his position, as written for edification, “The preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness [making reference to those with a difference of opinion;] but unto us that are saved [meaning, we who choose to believe] it is the power of God. 19 For God said of it: ‘I will destroy the wisdom of [those with a difference of opinion,] and will bring to nothing the understanding of [them that choose not to believe in my particular brand of folly.] 20 Where is the wise? Where is the scribe? Where is the disputer of this world? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?’”
Now before you run off halfcocked regarding my use of the word ‘folly,’ I would have you see I Corinthians 1:21. This being where the apostle Paul said, as he lets us in on one of the big guy’s secrets, “For since, in the wisdom of God, the world did not know God through wisdom, it pleased God through the folly of what we preach to save those that believe.”!
You see, truth is, there isn’t anything I say or write in this book that isn’t in one way or another backed by scripture. Otherwise, I would have never said it. And that, my dear reader, is the beauty of Soul Trap. Moreover, don’t you find it odd that the apostle Paul said that God chooses to save those that act foolishly according to the proclivities of religion, if only because he finds their trials and tribulations regarding it, entertaining? I know I do.
Therefore; and by the Bible’s own admission; we find that knowledge and wisdom are as dissimilar to religion, as oil is to water. Now you know why Jesus is always walking upon it, and his father who art in heaven always trying to tear it down. Welcome to the rest of the story behind the Tower of Babel (Genesis 11:1 thru 9,) if not the garden of deception (Genesis 2:8 and 9.) But then, intellect can have that effect on those things hoped for, as found wafting in the evidence of things not seen (Hebrews 11:1.)
What we find as our “Gotcha!” then, is that religion by its very nature is nothing more than an emotionally charged house of cards that has for its foundation, the ills of hype as fueled by foolishness (see again, the confession that is I Corinthians 1:21.) If you don’t believe that God is to wisdom what the Bible and preaching are to intellect—then do I ever have a surprise for you! And yes. It has everything to do with the idiom of doing as I say, and not as I do. See Proverbs 14:24. “The crown of the wise is their riches: but the foolishness of fools is folly.”
What was it again, that Dr. Albert Einstein said about this? Oh! That’s right. It was, “Science without religion is lame. Religion without science is blind.”
Now, as far as knowledge and intellect goes, I invite you to pull up a chair and have a sit in God’s garden of deception. Have a gander. Do you see, the same tempting fruit-bearing foliage that I see? And what I see waxing in full bloom, in this the cool of the day, is Genesis 2:8. “The Lord God planted a garden eastward in Eden…9…and out of the ground made the Lord God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.”
Then there is Genesis 3:6, albeit for edification. “When Eve saw [what?] the tree of knowledge, that is was good for food and pleasant to the sight, and a tree to be [what?] desired to make one wise, she took the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto Adam; and he did eat.”
Therefore; and for having “educated” themselves by expanding their consciousness into a higher level of awareness; God threw one of the worst temper-tantrums ever recorded in the Bible thoroughly proving that he does indeed, have something to hide. He even went so far as to forever curse all of mankind by banning them from his garden of bliss, whereby exiling them into a life of hardship for all eternity as witnessed by an unforgiving land they knew not. This is direct confirmation as to what happens when you allow the ills of negative emotion to run roughshod over intellect: even for an all-powerful all-knowing God. Why? Because he did not bring to ruination, just as promised in I Corinthians 1:19 and 20, the intellect of mankind, is why. So yes: garden of deception.
If you ever wanted to know why Muslims of the Middle East stay mired in what the rest of the modern world considers to be a 6th century lifestyle if not mentality, then you need look no further than their religion if only because it’s based on the Bible. Ah, but it is. However, that doesn’t let today’s Christians off the hook. That is because, in some innate way, they know this to be true of themselves. It’s just that they would never admit to it, and choose not to debate their beliefs on those merits. Why? Because they have no real ammo for which to enter the fray and they know it, is why.
Instead, what they do is throw their two cents into the ring by quoting from what scripture they do know, whereby effectively casting their faith to the wind hoping that it will return on ethereal breezes bearing gifts from God in the form of inspired words. But when the not so obvious doesn’t happen; and they fail to convince you that the word of God as written in the Bible is authority enough; they abruptly shut the conversation down with, “Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God!” as a way to justify their departure. This, they do, in order to salvage what little religious pride they have left. I know. But it’s what they do. Not only that, but time and time again, as a ploy taught them by the church belonging to part of their overall exit strategy.
Now you know why religion was elevated into the realm of politics concerning the two things you never discuss in public. That’s because; and unlike politics; religion is as one-way street designed to avoid the pitfalls of debate, as defined by the art of preaching. Why? Because it never could stand on its own two feet, is why. Even if they had to kill, to prop it up. Now there is a gem you can take straight to the bank. And yes. That is why verses like Matthew 10:19 even exist. This being where Jesus said of situations like this, as wrought for elucidation: “During your trials, take no thought of how or what you will speak: for it will be given you in that same hour what you should say: 20 for it's not you that talks on behalf of the Lord, but the Spirit of your Father who speaks through you.”
Now that you know this, I give you II Corinthians 12:10. This being where the “inspired” Paul said, as ethereal words failed to drift in on a not so obvious breeze, “Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong. 11 I have become a fool in glorying, for you have compelled me: for I ought to have been commended of you: for in nothing am I behind the highest apostles, though I be nothing.”
I say we have another look at those verses, if only to clear them up for today’s verbiage. See again, as written for elucidation, II Corinthians 12:10. “Because God’s words failed to enlighten me when I needed them most, I therefore take pleasure in being tortured and publicly humiliated, and persecuted, along with all manner of distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am beaten down and made weak, I am at my best. 11 I have become a fool in glorying you Lord, if only because you compel me. To a truth, Jesus, you should have celebrated my efforts on your behalf. But even as one of your highest apostles, I still find that I am nothing in your eyes. However, my love for you far exceeds even the loss of that, for I have become one of your emotionally charged fools.”
I know. But that’s what it actually says. The only reason “they” don’t come all the way out with it, is because “they” are trying to hide something. Ah, but they are. And you can bet I can prove it, or I would have never said it.
What we learn then; and by way of an awkward biblical admission; is that people of religion are waiting for God to enlighten and celebrate them for their troubles. However, what they fail to take into consideration is the fact that religion is all about emotional folly and hardships, and that only more of the same can save them from themselves. Ah, but it’s true. The apostle Paul even said as much. This is why religious zealots flog themselves with a cat O nine tails (flagellate,) while yet others starve themselves for forty days and nights. Some even have crowns of thorns platted onto their heads, even going so far as to have themselves lashed to a wooden cross. This, they do, to emulate the hardships that Christ endured as part of his burden. However, there is more to his “burden” that you know. Ah, but there is. And yes. It has everything to do with the name ‘Lucifer.’ I, therefore, will see you at the appointed place and time where you will know what I know. And it will change everything.
What was it again, that Jesus said about afflictions of this nature? Oh! That’s right. He doubled down on them in Matthew 5:11, albeit for edification, saying: “Blessed are ye when [what?] people [torture and abuse] you, persecute you, and say all manner of evil against you falsely [this is only a matter of opinion, if only because the apostle Paul tells us that their modus operandi (MO) is based solely on the negatives of emotionally charged foolishness,] for my sake. 12 Rejoice and be exceeding glad, for great is your reward in heaven: for so were persecuted the prophets which came before you.”
But then; and strangely enough; God promised Adam and Eve the same reward when it came to this particular form of emotional folly. All they had to do in order to inherent his promise regarding it was to avoid the trappings of wisdom and understanding. After all, when you set out to keep the flock ignorant of the fact that you are leading them down a primrose path of your own making because you are hiding something fearsome concerning where this thing called life leads to, can only be because you are deceiving them via one of the greatest frauds ever perpetrated against the human race. Welcome to Soul Trap where heaven is anything but what “they” have been telling you it is. And I will prove it. Better yet, I will let the Bible prove it. What was it again, that Einstein said about this? Oh! That’s right, It was, “A man’s ethical behavior should be based effectually on sympathy, education, and social ties; no religious basis is necessary. Man would indeed be in a poor way if he had to be restrained by fear of punishment and hope of reward after death.”
Yet; and despite very dark and ominous threats from the Almighty himself; mankind’s first couple chose to see what was behind door number one, by pulling back on the great curtain of Oz. And you won’t believe what they saw staring back at them, as it worked the levers of creation. In fact, it was anything but what they imagined. Again, I will see you at the appointed place and time, if only because your mind is not yet ready for a truth of this magnitude.
Even so; and knowing this; ask yourself why these simpletons (Adam and Eve) would choose to steal a peek at something they knew full well would cost them so dearly unless, of course, ignorant is as ignorant does? Yes. Now that has the ring of truth to it. After all, how does one come to know a right from a wrong of this magnitude, even despite the threat, unless you are first somehow made aware of the situation through the efficacies, of a higher understanding?
Bingo!
Welcome to God’s catch-22 where, in time, you will see what they saw. But only a glimpse, depending on how spellbound you become. See Exodus 33:20 where the Almighty said of it, albeit for elucidation: “No person can look upon my face, and live. Well, all except Adam and Eve, Jacob because he’s the father of Israel with whom I intend to wrestle with later, Moses, Jesus because he’s my son, the angels, and the demons because they’re always scouting me out, and the devil because he gets up in my grill all the time challenging me. I swear. I don’t know why I just don’t ‘uncreate’ that double-talking, fire breathing loser. Oh! That’s right. I can’t because he’s kin to me.” (I know, but just you wait and see. Even so, that doesn’t mean you are going to like what little of God you do see. But know ye this, about that: it has everything to do with some of what he finds funny being a real bitch for the rest of us. And, with biblical proof to come in the form of scripture, I might add. Otherwise, I would have never said it.)
With that; and knowing this; I need to share a verse with you that no one understands. It’s one of those things Jesus says that seems to come from left field, if not out of nowhere. It’s also one of those things that have forever seen scholars debating its true meaning. Why? Because no one knows, is why. And the reason they don’t is because they failed to develop a history with it. But we have, if only because we just did. See Matthew 18:3: “Verily I say to you, except you be converted and become as little children, you cannot enter into the kingdom of heaven.”
However, there is yet more to this verse than you, or anyone else for that matter, knows: especially now that we know what we do about truth and intellect, and the way in which they grind against God and the Bible. See again, albeit for edification, Matthew 18:3. This being where what Jesus actually meant when he said what he did, comes home to roost: Verily [truly] I say to you, except you be converted and become as little children [meaning, more consciously ignorant and mentally simple,] you cannot enter into the kingdom of heaven.”
Yet; and as hard as it might be to accept; there is more. And yes. It has everything to do with the dumbing down of our spiritual intellect. Or, if you prefer: that which I call the teeter-totter of tedium where, when intellect is up, religion is down, and when religion rises up, intellect is put out of its misery. To try and strike a balance between the two is the very definition of tedium. See Matthew 19:14, albeit for edification, where he added: “Do not suffer the little children from [learning about me:] for of such is the kingdom of heaven.”
The oxymoron here has everything to do with the ills of religion. I mean, that is to say, do you know of another way to learn about something, without first having educated yourself on the subject? Now you know why Jesus says some of the more puzzling things that he does. It’s because he doesn’t want you knowing the nature of the truth he harbors, much less being able to reason your way out of it. Just because something seems one way when held a certain way if only because it has always been that way, doesn’t mean it can’t be presented in another fashion altogether, in order to better reveal its true nature.
Now, as for owning the trappings of a child-like intellect, see I Corinthians 13:9. This being where the apostle Paul said of it, as wrought for elucidation, “There are things we know in part, and things we prophesy in part. 10 But when that which is perfect has come, then that which is in pieces and parts will be done away with. 11 For when I was a child I spoke as a child, I reasoned as a child, and I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away those childish things.”
Now that you know my definition regarding the teeter-totter of tedium, your definition of a biblically inspired contradictory ideology is what, exactly?
Ah huh.
Now, as far as that sudden excursion out into left field goes, I give you Luke 22:46. This being where Jesus said to his disciples that were tired and sleeping: “Why sleep ye? Rise and pray, lest you enter into temptation.”
According to the Bible, intellect tells me that sleep is a gateway to sin and that, to properly guard against it, one must never again sleep but instead, pray continuously. This must be true according to that foolishness thing said to please God, or why even bother with saying something like this? Oh! That’s right. Proverbs 14:24 tells us that it has everything to do with that emotional folly, as found in those child-like souls bound for heaven. Even if that means you have to wake them up from their blissful slumber, in order to get them to go back to sleep.
As far as shutting down that part of the brain responsible for religious reasoning goes; and just how far you can push people into “believing;” even if it’s pure nonsense, I give you Matthew 6:25. This being where Jesus said of it, as wrought for erudition: “Therefore I say unto you, take no thought for your life, what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than the sum of its parts, and the body than the clothes it wears? 26 Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are not you much better, than they? 27 Which of you, by taking thought, can add one cubit [a cubit is not quite the small matter Jesus makes it out to be, but is more akin to about eighteen inches] to his height? 28 And why take you thought for clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. Yet, they toil not, neither do they spin. 29 I therefore say to you, that even King Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.”
Then there is Matthew 6:30 where he continues, saying: “Wherefore, if God so clothed the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is not, will not he take better care of you, O ye of little faith? 31 Therefore take no thought, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ Or, ‘What will we drink?’ Or, ‘With what, shall we clothe ourselves?’ 32 Your heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things. 33 Seek you first, before all these things, the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things he will take care of for you.”!
Yes. Pure nonsense, Jesus said or no. Why? Because the world doesn’t work that way, is why. It never did. Not even when the first Neanderthal crawled out of its cave, and looked to the heavens out of desperation seeking guidance. It even killed MMA star Evan Tanner, as he set off into the high deserts of California to seek out a one-on-one with God. I say this because, although the story has now changed, this is what those who knew him best said when it first happened. They even warned him of the dangers he was undertaking.
Therefore; and given enough time; a story can be spun anyway you want because people forget, and tend to believe just because something was repeated often enough. So yes. Originally, Evan Tanner was on a spiritual quest as guided by verses like those written above, dirt bike ran out of gas leading to heatstroke as official cause of death or no. But what troubles those who knew him best, is that, deep down, they know he died in vain. I only wish he could have lived long enough to read this book.
Speaking of which…
You do pray for the betterment of things larger than yourself, right? If so, then ask yourself why is it that calamity after calamity continues to befall our world? It’s almost like God isn’t listening. Knowing this, ask yourself why we continue to delude ourselves with the notion that he’s somehow lending an ear because, if he were, we the people of this world would not continue to find our feet mired in muck as we trudge through this thing called life. We know this to be true, or those two hundred and fifty thousand hapless souls that died horribly during the great Asian tsunami of 2004, or even those like Evan Tanner, would still be alive. You know it. I know it. And you can bet that they most certainly would love to know it.
With that; and knowing this; I ask you: what good is a God, any god for that matter, without creating a need for itself? And yes. When the time is right, I will prove it using the Bible as my only source by wielding scripture as plucked from below the conscious reading level. Otherwise, as you know, I would have never said it.
What we discover then, as forged through our own personal endeavors, is that faith by its very nature is proportional to our lack of knowledge on any given subject. We take things as far as we can with what we have to work with, like chemo when it comes to the treatment of cancer, or the chasing of bluebirds when it comes to happiness, and then put everything into the hands of God regarding the outcome. Situations like this are even truer of those who happen to find themselves struggling for grip as life reaches out, and hands them the greasy part of the short end of the stick. See Proverbs 3:13, albeit for edification, “Happy is the [person] that finds wisdom, and them that get understanding.”
Yes: oxymoronic spiritual transfiguration indeed.
By the way: I have something special that I would like to share with you regarding the treatment of cancer. It saw its first discovery sometime in 1974, but has since been shelved by the medical community as pressured by big drug companies because it actually works. Besides Chemo and your doctor’s advice, here’s what you do: (1) Place steamed and fully cooked asparagus in a blender and liquefy to make into a puree (canned asparagus works just as good, and both Stokely and Green Giant say their products are pesticide and preservative free,) for storage in the refrigerator in an airtight container. (2) Take four full tablespoons (either heated or cold) twice daily, morning and evening for a grand total of eight. You could also just eat the veggie steamed as is, with your meals. As a result, patients usually show improvement within two to four weeks; even beginning to feel better. After this, the bluebird of happiness should take care of itself.
Asparagus contains an abundant source of histones. Histones are a highly alkaline protein found in eukaryotic (an organism whose cells contain complex structures enclosed within membranes) cell nuclei that package and order the DNA (Deoxyribonucleic acid) into structural units called nucleosomes (a basic unit of DNA packaging in eukaryotes consisting of a segment of DNA wound in sequence around eight histone protein cores,) and is believed to be active in controlling cell growth. In fact, the histone found in asparagus is a cell normalizer. It’s this trait that most probably accounts for what asparagus is doing within the bloodstream of the human body. Tests conducted at the Institute of Cancer Prevention (ICP) indicate that asparagus also contains 70mg to 100g of glutathione, a small protein composed of three critical amino acids: (1) cysteine, (2) glutamic acid, and (3) glycine, which bind to fat-soluble toxins, even more than twice as much as any other common food stuffs.
At any rate, eating asparagus can’t hurt you, and is just plain good for you. There have been many case studies where people have “rid” themselves of cancer using this treatment, to include Parkinson’s disease and kidney stones: it’s just that the law says you and I can not use the word “cure” when it comes to something like this. They can, but we can’t. Also, you should know that I couldn’t find anything regarding its use on pets, so you’re on your own there.
I share this information with you for the same reason that I wrote this book: the world in which we live is not what you think it to be. As for the why of it all in the form of proof, in that, we are indeed being manipulated and deceived, even through the trials and tribulations that are religion, then one need look no further than Matthew 10:34, as wrought for erudition. This being where Jesus said of this great charade called life for which we all struggle: “Think not that I came for peace [or religious bliss.] I came not to send peace or to work religious bliss. I came instead to wreck havoc with a sword.”!
Yes. What good is a God, any god for that matter, even sword bearing lesser ones, without creating some kind of need for itself? After all, this is one of the oldest tricks in the books, to include those tomes written from antiquity. And you can bet I can prove it, or I would have never said it. Therefore, when I tell you that Jesus is not who or what you believe him to be as dolled up through the art of anthropomorphization, you can take that gleaming jewel as polished to a blinding luster straight to the bank. The reason for this particular deception of the Bible is Machiavellian. It’s because; and despite thousands of years with religion at the helm of life acting as a feel-good heal-all panacea; today’s modern world has yet to set sail for that place called Shambhala. This, even despite an untold number of faith-based prayers as wielded over thousands of years, all aimed at making this planet of ours a better place. Remember now, the deity calling himself Jesus that all Christians worship said he came not for peace or to work magic in our lives with spiritual bliss as wrought through prayer—but to wreck havoc with them via a sword of religious contention through the ills of righteous indignation!
Therefore; and until such time as people of faith check their negatively charged emotions at the door by unburdening themselves of the cross so as to quell and then purge their souls of its inherent hostility; nothing will ever change. Not even when it comes time for their children to queue up and take their place in order to fight the good fight, if only for the sins of the parents. This, after all, is how you keep the cross fully charged with the trials and tribulations of religion. If you doubt this, then you need look no further than the world around you. Or, you could just re-read I Corinthians 1:17.
With that; and knowing this; I ask you: isn’t it the mandate of every good parent to ensure that their children, to include their children’s-children, inherent a brighter future starting with a better tomorrow? For every revolutionary idea that ever nudged the world in a more positive direction, is because it first started of necessity. Therefore, be careful of what you ask for in your prayers because you might just get it. By that, I mean: more of the same. What was it again, that is the working definition of religious insanity? Oh! That’s right. It was to keep asking God for the same things in your heartfelt prayers, such as keeping gas in your Ford to keep you chugging for the Lord, but to expect different results with each fill up just as if your S&H Green Stamps were still viable.
If you at all doubt this, then please, allow me to blow your spiritual mind one more time by using that very proof I promised you only moments ago. Well, that is, before completely overhauling it in the pages that follow. And yes. It has everything to do with that emotional folly as found hiding within the darker recesses of religion. See Hebrews 9:16, as guided by erudition. This being where it says of those Christians that choose to testify in the name of Jesus as yoked up to his cross of privation as a condition of their religiously inspired foolishness, “For where a testament is, there must also of necessity be the death of that testator. 17 For a testament to Jesus is a [force multiplier] only after those who wield it are dead. Otherwise, so long as the testifier continues to preach the Word of God, his or her testament has no strength at all, and it too made useless.”
Welcome aboard, spiritual grasshopper. A treasure trove of enlightenment awaits you.
