Rebuilding As Quickly As Possible: A Seven Point Plan

Оглавление

Now more than ever, the World needs economic prosperity. Including economic prosperity, the world needs rapid renovation and stable economic growth. What happens if the Global Economy cannot reconstruct itself after the Pandemic? The Middle Ages. The world teeters on the precipice of a great devolution akin to the collapse of the Roman Empire.

The World was in a great upheaval long before the Pandemic. In many cases, the Pandemic deepened existing wounds of this transition to a global world outlook.

The global economy is in need, not only of renovation, but of tackling the underpinning challenges associated with globalism. Politics in the early 21st century has largely been a dialogue between two parties with limited ideas and abilities to address the underlying challenges associated with globalism.

Undoubtedly, the nation-state is the core fabric of a healthy global economy. However, a strong nation-state does not imply that citizens cannot migrate temporarily or permanently for better job prospects nor does it mean that culture cannot be exchanged in a healthy manner. The excesses of globalism are indeed exacerbated by the weakening of the nation-state in the form of inequitable mass illegal immigration that creates labor and workforce distortion driving down opportunity for Americans.

Additionally, while the coronavirus pandemic exacerbated challenges with the American healthcare system, these challenges were already present in the form of disproportionate care-seeking by an underprivileged class. Health care represents a simple problem made complex by Government bureaucracy, some individuals use health care more than others, especially in cases when they do not need to see a doctor or visit the emergency room.

The pandemic's exacerbation of underlying economic challenges creates a double problem for the world's economy. The economy must rebound quickly, but at the same time address underlying problems associated with 21st century economic growth.

This is no small task in an age of partisan bickering, pandering to special interests, especially trade associations, and identity politics. Identity politics is perhaps the largest challenge associated with economic growth, by its toxic nature pits American worker against American worker based on political correctedness and personal choice. America is The Land of the Free precisely because we are entitled to our differences, and we are above those differences as a Nation.
