1. Too many people live in gloom,

They are often gloomy soon.

And often sink within self,

So be merged with the guest.

2. But run the risk of ruining the feeling and sense,

Which must reflect in the lovely face.

But very kindly soul he does have,

The man, who never falls in rage.

3. Who always pours his feeling in love,

Is the man of heart in the fast-moving life,

That is the man who can help everyone, and give light

For the needful from his heart in the night.

4. Does not ever cut-off his soul’s light

But for ever does the gloom he fight.

He knows how dangerous do people find

To keep gloomy feeling in the mind.

5. The gloom-bearers must leave the places,

Where is settled the holy love in the senses.

Cast away the last agonizing feeling!

Let it never again come into being!

6. We must banish all that does any harm,

And say “good-bye” to anything that bears gloom.

We must remember only such a mood,

Which does bring us the divine fruit.
