Gracie has 205,000 subscribers to her YouTube channel Grace F Victory (youtube.com/UglyFaceOfBeauty). In her videos, she talks frankly about her battles with mental health and eating disorders, and a vlog about her treatment in a psychiatric ward received more than 250,000 views.

She says: ‘It’s important to showcase the other side of you. Viewers like to see how your life is. So, if you feel like you want to cry, then cry. If you’re having a bad day, then show that you’re having a bad day.

‘They say that the two most important days in your life are when you’re born and when you realise why. One day, I had an email from a lady whose daughter was in hospital on her deathbed. She had anorexia. That lady wrote to me and said I’d saved her daughter’s life, and that her daughter was watching my videos and getting better and slowly gaining weight. That’s the day I realised why I’m here, and it is to help people and change people’s views.’
