Cut to the line.

Cut out the handle shape at the bandsaw.

Again, cut as close as possible to

the line without touching it.

Build up the handle.

To make the handle a little more

comfortable to use, thicken it up

by adding another piece of mahogany.

Trace the handle profile onto

a piece of ¾" mahogany.
