Round the handle edges.

Use a ¾" roundover bit in your router

table to soften the edges of the handle.

You only need to round over the top face

of the handle. The bottom of the handle

and the pizza area will have a much smaller

roundover, which can be shaped by hand.

Drill it out.

Centered on the round end of the handle,

drill a 1" hole so you can hang up your

peel for storage and display.

Sand it smooth.

Sand the faces up to 220 grit using a

random orbit sander. Be sure to blend all

the curves and round over any sharp edges.
