In this research we treat the “landscape”, in relation to its conceptual ambiguity, observing that this has begun to be alien even to Geography, becoming a strange term, not finding modern references that study and analyze this concept in an appropriate way. The application, in the case of Aranjuez, of the territorial analysis, also brings us closer to the Spatial Planning, socioeconomic planning and urban planning, all together with the Policies, Plans, Programs and Projects, from the Third landscape (residual areas generated between districts and spontaneous commercial strips that emerge without anyone noticing; all of them around or within one of the most beautiful urban environments in Spain).
