For example: I’m going to describe how to cut costs by setting up a standard parts library¹. [12]

Second, mapping the talk: I’ll start by..., then I’ll go on to...., I’ll also...., finally....

For example: I’ll start by introducing the topic, then I’ll go on to present the current situation, I’ll also describe what challenges we have to deal with, finally I’ll present some interesting solutions.

How to classify information: Examples:

•There are (two) types of/ kinds of/ sorts of connections, the pipe connections² and the screw connections,

•Standard parts can be/are divided into (five) types/ categories: springs, sleeves³, cap screws⁴, nuts⁵, pegs and bolts⁶

•Symbols and functional groups⁷ come into the first category⁸ of CAD libraries [12]

How to give examples:

•For example, under pipe connections we understand brake pipes⁹, coolant pipes¹⁰, and radiator pipes¹¹.

•As fixing elements use press buttons, clamps¹² and clips¹³ for instance

•Symbols, such as welding symbols and drawing symbols are stored in the database. [12]
