Shape Maker

RESOURCES

Two simple shape symbols in a large pocket dice, e.g. square and triangle

Pieces of card cut into lengths that will make the shapes

ACTIVITY

• Ask two children to come to the front of the class/group.

• One child rolls the dice and identifies the shape.

• The children then work together to use the lengths of card to make the shape on the floor.
