История

Anna needs to open a new account at the bank. She enters the bank and goes to the customer service desk, where a friendly bank employee greets her.

"Good morning! How can I help you today?" the bank employee asks.

"Hi! I’d like to open a new savings account," Anna replies.

"Sure! I can help you with that. Do you have two forms of ID?" the employee asks.

"Yes, I have my passport and my driver’s license," Anna says, handing them over.

«Great! I’ll just need to fill out a few forms. Please have a seat,» the employee says.

Anna sits down and fills out the forms. A few minutes later, the bank employee comes back with the paperwork.

"Everything is ready. You can deposit some money into your new account right now, or you can do it later. It’s up to you," the employee explains.

«I’ll deposit 100 dollars today,» Anna says.

"Perfect! I’ll process that for you," the employee says, taking the deposit slip. "Your new account is set up. You’ll receive your bank card in the mail within a week."

"Thank you! Is there anything else I need to do?" Anna asks.

"No, that’s all. You’re all set. Here is your receipt," the bank employee says, handing her a small piece of paper.

"Thanks for your help!" Anna says with a smile as she walks out of the bank, feeling pleased with how easy the process was.
