История

John needs to send a package to his friend in another city. He decides to go to the post office to mail it. As he enters, he is greeted by a postal worker.

"Good afternoon! How can I help you today?" the postal worker asks.

"Hi! I need to send this package. How much does it cost to send it by express mail?" John asks.

"Let me check the weight," the postal worker replies, picking up the package and placing it on the scale. "It’s 3 kilograms. For express mail, it will be 20 dollars."

"That’s fine. Can I also insure the package?" John asks.

"Yes, we offer insurance for packages. It will cost an additional 5 dollars to insure this package," the postal worker explains.

"I’ll take the insurance, please," John says, handing over the 25 dollars.

"Thank you! I’ll fill out the forms for you. Please fill in your address and your friend’s address here," the postal worker says, handing him a form.

John quickly fills out the form and gives it back to the postal worker. "All done," he says.

"Great! Your package will arrive in 2-3 days," the postal worker says, handing John a receipt. "Here is your tracking number, so you can check the status of your package online."

"Thanks for your help!" John says, taking the receipt and walking out of the post office. He feels relieved that everything is taken care of.
