As crazy as it may sound the most important thing that you could ever do for yourself is take a good look at yourself in the mirror at the start of the day and at the end of the day before you go to sleep.

Start the morning by taking a GOOD look at yourself and learn to love the person that you see. You have to admit if you can’t learn to love yourself then your life is in a heap of trouble. If you don’t like what you see then don’t complain. change it to what you want to see.

Have you ever really taken the time to stop and really look at yourself in the mirror? I mean take a REALLY good look at yourself? Before you read any further I want you to go to a mirror right now at this very moment and take a good look at yourself. Take a REALLY deep look at yourself. Just curious, do you like what you see? If not then make that change. You are unique and beautiful in your own way.

Love yourself, there will never ever be another you. You are totally unique. Take a look at yourself again and remember who you are and what you are is God’s gift to you. What you make of yourself is your gift to God as well as yourself. Take pride in yourself and know that we all make mistakes in life. No one and I mean no one is perfect. Take a good look at yourself and take pride in knowing that you are someone special. You have a lot to be thankful for.

As you look in the mirror in the morning and have learned to love who you are and what you are I want you to treat everyone in the course of the day the same way that you treat the person in the mirror. You will see that you will learn to love that person in the mirror more and more each passing day.

At the end of the day take a look again at that person in the mirror and tell them that you love them. Congratulations, you have just looked through your eyes of Curi Osity. The truth is if you learn to love yourself then you hold the world in the palm of your hands. Get some rest, tomorrow is a new day and an exciting whole new beginning.
