Dedication

This book is dedicated to everyone who has found the true meaning in love of family and cherishes life to it’s fullest and to those who are making that change in their lives for a better and healthy lifestyle and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle in others.

I also dedicate this book to my mother, who everyone knows as Nana, who passed away from lymphoma cancer. She never said goodbye, it was always, “See you later”. She knew the true meaning of life, love, and living and she lived for her family.

Me and my wife would also like to dedicate this book to our ongoing love for our families and each other and the love that we receive in return. We are forever grateful.
