Despite the fact that the mere signing of the Peace Agreement with the FARC-EP has not been possible to silence “all the rifles” of the long Colombian armed conflict, today there is an unprecedented tool in this agreement that can become a solution to the old problem of the implementation of socio-economic reintegration processes of ex-combatants. Precisely, this writing focuses on the “social and solidarity economy” and the companies that carry out collective and individual productive projects as a solution, that coexist and are articulated with other forms of production typical of economic globalization, in particular, with the market economy. In the 2016, The Peace Agreement has a novelty of the ex-combatant’s socio-economic reincorporation is found in the break with the traditional logic of the market, since it prioritizes the individual based on their realities in the territory by taking advantage of associative forms and the cooperation with each other, that is, there is a new “homo economicus” of the Colombian post-conflict that is built on the values and practices of solidarity, and above all a co-responsable “homo” with the State and within the market in the construction of a peace stable and durable.
