How to Read the Book
ОглавлениеTo help you navigate the waters of this book, I use RED fonts emphasis, and use italics to highlight new words or terms that I define or quotes that I use. And, throughout the book, we’ll use ‘He’ and ‘She’ interchangeably.
So how can you read a 900-page book four times a year?
First off, don’t be terrified by the number of pages! The book is structured in a way that you can use is it as a reference to come back to as and when you need something from it. You can read it whichever way you like. You can start with your preferred chapter(s). You can check out the table of contents to find broad categories of information and a chapter-by-chapter rundown of what this book offers, or you can look up a specific topic in the index. You can also start from chapter (week) one all the way to chapter 12. You can read it all as fast as you can or as slow as you wish, but try to repeat it four times over a year.
My recommendation for you though is to spend around half an hour a day to read one chapter per week. So if for example, a chapter has 70 pages, you can read 10 pages per day, which shouldn’t take you more than half an hour. And when the 12 chapters are over, you start the second round of 12 weeks and repeat it for the third round and fourth round. This way, you’ve read the book four times in one year, knowing that what you’ve learned has really sunk in for good, and you still have four weeks break!
The book falls logically into the following three broad categories broken down into chapters that essentially tell you how to succeed on all levels:
1.Health and Mental Development (Chapters 1 and 2)
a.Health and Fitness – Spiritual and Physical Exercises, Yoga, Law of Attraction, Affirmation Messages, Voice Practice; and

Throughout these pages, you’ll see references to books, blogs, websites from which variously quoted material are taken. This is done with no intent to purloin material, but rather because, as Voltaire said, “I quote others in order to express myself correctly.”
In this book, you will learn how to take better care of your health and fitness. You will learn how your brain and subconscious mind work. You will learn how to think positively, manage your time, and increase personal productivity.
I will tell you how you can set goals, manage your relationships with others, and effectively communicate. In this book, you’ll also learn how to effectively negotiate and make better decisions.
I will also discuss all the aspects of traditional and online marketing and sales so that you are able to perform both these business functions effectively.
Finally, the book discusses the financial statements, accounting and compares the benefits of employment versus having your own business as well as ways of setting up a business. And at the end of the book, we’ll talk about the importance of gaining financial freedom and growth while discussing the most appropriate ways to make it happen.
Procurement of new skills and knowledge depending on your goals may be included in the personal development. However, I never rest on my laurels. So the book you hold in your hands reflects more hard work and brings you the freshest material for addressing your personal development.
