Most High, therefore He brought down their heart with labor; they fell down, and there was none to help, NKJV. Three hundred and ninety days is equivalent to thirteen lunar months, Israel’s sentence for their rebellion.

One man, God’s chosen priest and prophet amongst rebels and a few righteous; bound to bear the sins of a nation. God’s man of the hour; as a priest he performed temple duties, but now living with his captive brethren and banned from such ceremonial practices, he obediently lays before the LORD on his left side and intercedes for Israel as a prophet. Thirteen months went by and Ezekiel now turns on his right side still bound, and offer pleas for Judah for the next forty days.
