Wrong Turns, Bad Decisions, and Mistaken Assumptions
ОглавлениеEvery builder inevitably has a list of “I shouldas” at the end of a project. It identifies points where knowledge and understanding came after the physical process of building was finished, or at least well underway. It’s impossible to predict and understand every variable a house building project will throw your way, and the only way to keep the “I shouldas” from overwhelming your project is to allow yourself plenty of thinking time in advance. Even builders with decades of experience will take away something new from each project; it is this acquired knowledge that often allows them to usually do things faster, better, and more economically than novices.
