Try to find whole crabs so that that you can use both the white and flavourful brown meat. I’ve given instructions for cooking a crab from scratch, but if you can’t get hold of a whole crab, you can use ready-cooked frozen crab meat instead. Try serving with a good-quality tomato relish.
