A sweet dressing that’s especially good on a shredded cabbage salad.

SERVES 2–4

1 tbsp clear honey

1 tbsp cider vinegar

3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

¼ tsp salt

freshly ground black pepper

Thoroughly combine all the ingredients in a bowl or screw-top jar.
