Salad of Chinese leaves with spring onions v
ОглавлениеThis salad is made in the same way as the previous one, using 700g (1½lb) Chinese leaves and adding a bunch of chopped spring onions instead of (or, if you prefer, as well as) the walnuts. I also rather like it with some raisins added too; they give a pleasant touch of sweetness.
