TEENS

Оглавление

Below the age of 20 but during puberty the skin is constantly adjusting to the surge of hormones that help us develop into young adults. Skin changes can vary but often an increased oil production makes the skin spotty and shiny. The skin is at its peak here and everything inside it is functioning well and to its limit. Although this can be a difficult time, especially if you suffer from acne, treat it well. It is important to protect the skin from over-exposure to the sun and to try not to pick spots as this will encourage bacteria to spread on the skin causing more spots and sometimes permanent scarring.

Tea tree products offer a good solution as they are blemish treatments but also make you feel fresh and smell nice! All skins should first be cleansed and then moisturised with a minimum SPF of 15. If out in the sun, don’t plaster your skin with baby oil for a fast tan – the damage you do now to the dermis will remain with you forever and you will age much faster!
