TWENTIES
ОглавлениеYour skin is still ‘young’ at this stage but has already begun to age and some fine expression lines may begin to appear in the mid- to late-twenties due to small amounts of collagen diminishing in the skin. Mild pigmentation can also occur due to sun damage, and the use of harsh products like alcohols, perfumes, preservatives and colours can lead to sensitivity in this stage of our lives.
A regular facial will work wonders as it will support the skin’s mechanisms whilst boosting cell reproduction. The eye area will need extra attention in the form of a light gel or cream to help nourish and prevent deepening of lines. Always cleanse, tone and moisturise with an SPF of 15 mornings and evenings, especially when wearing make-up, and be sure to incorporate the neck with your daily nourish. Hands should also be treated daily with a rich hand cream and avoid harsh chemical products on the skin as once sensitised, the skin can stay that way.
